BOSTON - This year, in Boston, ACE Comic Con will take place at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center from March 21 to March 22. It is already shaping up to be one of the biggest installments of the expo yet!
The slew of guests slated to appear at ACE Comic Con in 2020 is one of the most impressive pulls Boston fan expos have ever managed. For a while, a mystery guest has been teased and yesterday it was revealed, per Convention Scene, that it will be none other than Jake Gyllenhaal.
Obviously, the "mystery" clue as to Gyllenhaal's identity refers to the character he played in Spider-Man: Far From Home, Mysterio. It is also this character that injected him straight into the realm of nerd culture if he was not there already.
ACE Comic Con finally made the official announcement about Gyllenhaal's anticipated attendance on their Facebook page yesterday. It was instantly a big reveal that was shared around Bostonians as one of the biggest gets of the entire convention this year. The post went on to reveal that the packages included to meet Gyllenhaal will be officially available on the ACE Comic Con website, beginning tomorrow at three o'clock in the afternoon.
In terms of pricing, Gyllenhaal does not come cheap. The VIP package will rate at $540 with a photo opportunity clocking in at $200. The autograph package of Gyllenhaal is right behind with a cost of $190.
In addition to panels of comic artists and story creators, there is a wide array of stars who will be coming to ACE Comic Con alongside Gyllenhaal to make 2020 one of the best years for the event ever.
Gyllenhaal will join fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe stars like Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), and Tom Hiddleston (Loki). Shameik Moore, the voice of Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will also be in attendance.
Marvel nerds are not the only ones excited for ACE Comic Con. Harry Potter fans will be out in droves, thanks to an appearance by Rupert Grint. And don't forget about Star Wars fans. Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan), Hayden Christensen (Anakin), and Tiya Sircar (Sabine) will also be in Boston towards the end of March!
