A Review of the Patriots' Sixth Victory Tour

A Review of the Patriots' Sixth Victory Tour

Boston, MA - One of the perks of winning the Super Bowl is that the victorious team gets to go on a nationwide victory tour of many cultural landmarks and institutions across the country. Obviously, the biggest park is that you get a Super Bowl ring and you get to be the champions of the league for at least an entire year, but it doesn't hurt to have fun trotting across the United States of America, either!

The biggest tradition for the Patriots, which they have now done six times, is to host a duck boat parade throughout the city of Boston after winning the Super Bowl. This year's edition of the parade was another unforgettably sensational experience as the players took to the streets of Boston to celebrate their sixth Super Bowl championship with the fans! Some of the most memorable moments from the parade, which hosted one and a half million fans came when Tom Brady flashed six fingers to the crowd before hoisting the Lombardi Trophy high into the sky (between all those who doubted the forty-one year old quarterback, this has to be among his sweetest victories) and when Rob Gronkowski and David Andrews flashed their chests when they took their shirts off from the duck boat.

The Patriots also took part in another great Super Bowl tradition by sending some play representatives to Walt Disney World to celebrate the win! New England is no stranger to this tradition either as Malcolm Butler and Julian Edelman represented the Patriots in the Magic Kingdom back in 2015 and James White visited Orlando in 2017. This year, Edelman, named Super Bowl MVP, and Brady, becoming the winningest NFL athlete ever, joined forces to visit Disney World where they had a parade with Mickey and Minnie Mouse, dressed as Jedi knights at Hollywood Studios, and rode the Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster, together.

The Patriots also got to show off the new hardware at last night's game between the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers, as well as hosting the puck drop for a Boston Bruins game. Many players have also been on media tours as Sony Michel appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Rob Gronkowski showed up to play Catchphrase at 30 Rock on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

It's definitely one of the sweetest parts of the Super Bowl victory as the fans get to watch their beloved Patriots celebrate their title and have fun on the national stage!
